These terms govern your use of vukjvnc.com and any advisory or marketing services provided by VUKJVNC LLC, a limited liability company registered in the State of Wyoming, United States ("we", "us").
Using this website
The content here is published for general information. It describes services we offer; it is not a guarantee of any particular business result, and nothing on this site creates a client relationship on its own.
Services and scope
Every engagement is agreed in a separate written scope covering deliverables, duration, fees and the way we will work together. Where that scope conflicts with these terms, the scope wins. Work outside an agreed scope is quoted separately before it begins.
Fees and payment
- Retainers are invoiced monthly in advance unless the scope says otherwise.
- One-off work is invoiced on acceptance of the scope.
- Invoices are payable within the period stated on the invoice.
- Work may be paused on overdue accounts after written notice.
Client responsibilities
Advisory work depends on what you supply. You agree to provide timely access to the accounts, data and people the work requires, and to hold the rights to any material you give us to use. You remain responsible for what you ultimately publish and for compliance with the advertising rules of your market and platforms.
Ownership
Deliverables produced specifically for you transfer to you once the corresponding invoice is paid. Our own frameworks, templates and methods stay ours, and you may use them internally for your own business.
Confidentiality
Each side agrees to keep the other's non-public business information confidential and to use it only for the engagement. This survives the end of the engagement.
No guarantees
Marketing outcomes depend on your market, your product, your budget and your execution. We bring judgement and a method; we do not promise specific revenue, reach or return, and any figures discussed are illustrative rather than a commitment.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from an engagement is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits.
Ending an engagement
Either side may end a monthly engagement with 30 days' written notice. Fees for work already performed remain payable, and prepaid fees for periods not yet started are refunded.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.
